Refund policy

Ammunition Sales are Final

No returns on Ammunition.

Returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis.  Our goal is to assure every customer is satisfied and wants to order from us again.

If a return is accepted, we will exchange it, offer you store credit, or offer you a refund, less 20% restocking fee, based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned within 10 business days after we accept to take the returned item. All products must be packed in the original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. We do not consider the return complete and in our possession until it arrives and is accepted from the carrier by us and then inspected to ensure it meets our return guidelines. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We do not accept returns for opened items being that the item is now considered used. If we do accept a return, due to Shopify fees that are not recoverable to us we will charge a 20% restocking fee.

We do not cancel online orders after 24 hours. Even if items are not available at time of purchase. If we do cancel before 24 hours Shopify fees for our E-commerce store are not recoverable. You will be charged 10% of the total purchase.

NOTE: We recommend that you use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns, and either insure your package for safe return or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you chose not to use a carrier that offers tracking and insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (less a 20% restocking fee). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
